Since 2013, POWER TK has been the official national distributor for PERKINS, supplying diesel engines, spare parts, and maintenance services for the Heavy Machinery and Power Generation industries.

Post description

Your main mission is to promote and sell PERKINS new engines to OEMs customers (not only Agricultural, Handling and Construction equipment Manufacturers but also Generators and any other new engine applications), and thus to be responsible for the development of the new engine business volume and profit margin.

 

Your missions:

  • Define and manage Engine Sales Strategy in collaboration with the Country Manager
  • Implementation of corrective actions to progress
  • Monitoring and analysis of results
  • Manage the relationship with PERKINS
  • Manage and develop day to day business and relationship with Key Customers, MDs, OEMs and others for New Engine Activity
  • Supervises and manage the team
  • Explore, find and chase new business opportunities, new customers & OEMs to expand engine business
  • Support sales operation 
  • Direct intervention in case of litigation

Profile required

Showing a strong commercial appetence, and ideally from Engineering education, you have a experience in a similar position.

 

  • Strong experience in sales team management
  • Strong experience in business development
  • Technical experience in Diesel engine industry is essential in this mission
  • Must be familiar with Heavy machines and EP markets in Turkey
  • Fluent English level is a must. You will be in contact with Perkins UK directly
  • Real IT Skills (Proficient in Excel, Word Documents and web applications)
  • You need to be customer oriented, good negotiator, organized and reliable
