Job description

Your main mission is to organise the Field Service Team, give your support for technical issues, report to Perkins and support service sales team.

You operate on every kind of engines and applications (public works, agricultural, material handling, marine, etc.). As a PERKINS Diesel engine expert, you can perform the diagnostic and repairs on site or in workshop.

 Your main responsibilities:

• Ensure the Field Service Technicians respect all corporate policies and rules
• Prepare and optimize workshop schedule weekly and daily
• Optimize Field Service Technicians scheduling
• Control activities that are performed within the central workshop (such as overhaul of engine)
• Control all parts flows within the workshop
• Provide technical support to Field Service Technicians, remotely and/or on site
• If necessary support Field Service Technicians in the field
• Technical support to the OEMs for Pre-service issues in the OEM facility
• Technical support to Service Sales Team
• Follow up service contracts

Profile required

• Graduated in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical&Electronic Engineering
• Strong technical skills and experience for Diesel engines or Automotive Sectors
• English fluent required
• French will be value
• No limitation for travel within Türkiye
• Military duty had to be done for male candidates
• Organised, Patient, flexible, customer-oriented and responsible
• Residency at İstanbul Anatolia Side
