Job description

As Warranty Engineer, you submit warranty claims and ensure the follow-up with our partners (Perkins, OEMs, and service dealers).

Your main mission consists of gathering all necessary elements to ensure the proper coverage of all warranty-related costs and technical elements to claim the manufacturer.

 

Responsibilities :

  • you are  the main entry door for Perkins warranty management and OEMs.
  • you decide whether a technical failure should be covered under warranty or not by following the precise manufacturer rules and guidelines.
  • you build and leverage the capabilities of the team to assist all manufacturers and OEMs.

 

You work in close collaboration with the Service team and report to the Technical Support Manager.

 

Profile required

  • Graduated from related university degrees. Preferably Mechanical Engineering.
  • Real IT Skills (Proficient in Excel, Word Documents and web applications)
  • Fluent English level is a must. You will be in contact with Perkins UK directly
  • Experience in warranty claims will be a plus
  • You need to be organized and reliable for daily tasks
