The OEM Spare Parts Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key OEM customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving profitable sales growth. The role requires a strong combination of commercial skills, technical understanding, and customer relationship management capabilities.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with existing OEM and industrial customers while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to understand customer needs and provide appropriate technical and commercial solutions.
  • Manage customer requests and complaints in coordination with relevant internal teams.
  • Monitor market trends, customer expectations, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular sales and visit reports.
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales, revenue, and gross margin targets.

Profile required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Master Degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Experience in OEM sales, aftermarket spare parts, material handling equipment, industrial machinery, construction equipment, agricultural machinery, hydraulic systems, power transmission products, bearings, filtration systems, or industrial components sectors is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record in key account management and business development.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercial mindset with focus on sales growth and profitability.
  • Ability to understand technical products and customer requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems, knowledge of IFS is a plus.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently within Turkey.
