The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient functioning of the companies in Turkey.
Administrative Duties
- Handle incoming calls, emails, mail, and visitors
- Draft, format, and archive documents
- Organize meetings and manage meeting rooms
- Track cargo shipments
Business Travel & Visitor Support
- Arrange travel, accommodation, flights, car rentals, and transfers for employees and visitors
- Monitor travel requests, approvals, and visa procedures
IT Support
- Provide first-level IT support and coordinate with Head Office IT
- Setup and maintain IT equipment, ensure data security
- Keep IT inventory records up-to-date
HR Support
- Assist in onboarding, employee record keeping, and reporting
- Support company events and monthly HR reporting
- Track absences, overtime, and work hours
Miscellaneous / Special Projects
- Provide general admin support
- Ensure compliance with procedures
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
Marketing Support
- Monitor and track marketing materials and brochures
- Support printing, shipping, and event registration processes
- Maintain basic tracking and forward requests to relevant department
Profile required
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Office Management, International Relations, or related fields

Associate degree holders may be considered depending on experience
Experience
-
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in administrative affairs, office management, or executive assistance
-
Experience in travel organization, official correspondence, and documentation processes
-
Familiarity with IT equipment tracking or basic technical support processes is an advantage
Technical Skills

Good command of MS Office programs (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Knowledge of filing and archiving systems
-
Basic IT hardware knowledge (computer setup, printer connections, etc.)
