Working at GeniWatt
At GeniWatt, you’ll benefit from a structured onboarding programme to help you get started in the company. This allows you to get to know our team and experience our friendly working environment.
Our offices feature several open-plan spaces organised by team to encourage effective collaboration. Technicians also have their own offices, though they spend much of their time in the workshop or on-site. Each technician has their own tool trolley, while field technicians are equipped with customised vans, laptops, and mobile phones.
The whole team gathers at lunchtime in our canteen, which is equipped with fridges, microwaves, sinks, tables, and chairs. In the summer, we enjoy the sun and eat outside at our picnic tables.
For breaks, we have a coffee area with a coffee machine, kettle, and water fountain. Coffee and tea are provided by the company.
Our Works Council (CSE) organises 2–3 events per year, giving the team a chance to enjoy a meal together either on-site or off-site with a fun activity.
Our Location
We have a large facility in La Chevrolière (44), located in the Bois Fleuri Industrial Zone.
Our offices and workshops are just 20 minutes south of Nantes.
GeniWatt is accessible by public transport via the Aleop 312 bus, which runs from Nantes (Pirmil or Hôtel Dieu) to Touvois, passing through Legé, Saint-Philbert-de-Grand-Lieu, and La Chevrolière. The “Zone Industrielle” stop is a 5-minute walk from our site.
We also encourage carpooling among colleagues to make commuting easier and reduce environmental impact.
