Post Description
We are looking for a motivated Service Engineer to join our technical team in İstanbul. The main purpose of the role is to provide fast and effective solutions to customer and dealer service requests, increase customer satisfaction, minimize product downtime, and enhance the technical efficiency of service operations.
Your daily missions :

Respond to customer, dealer, and internal service requests professionally and record them in the system.

Prioritize and coordinate service activities with relevant departments.

Act as the first contact point for technical support and ensure prompt feedback.

Diagnose faults via phone, email, or digital platforms using diagnostic tools and documentation.

Perform on-site interventions when remote solutions are not possible.

Plan and coordinate technician assignments, monitor work orders, and ensure quality completion.

Prepare detailed technical reports and create troubleshooting guides for recurring issues.

Accurately report field warranty cases to the warranty team on time.

Ensure necessary documentation is shared with institutions for scheduled technical visits.
Profile required
-
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
-
5+ years of experience in technical service or maintenance roles (preferably in engines, machinery, or automotive).

Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
-
Proficiency in MS Office and service management systems (IFS, SAP, etc.).
-
B-class driving license and willingness to travel.

Good English communication skills (written and spoken).

Customer-oriented and solution-focused mindset

Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
-
Good teamwork and coordination skills
- Completed military service (for male candidates)
